Allison Titcomb

Chief Impact Officer & Senior Vice President, Community Development at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona

I have known Aimee Graves since 2003 as a community colleague and friend. In her role at CODAC, she was a tremendous asset in grant writing as well as program management and planning, with a strong drive towards data-based decision making. I recall her keen interest in learning and improving programs when we worked together on grant-funded projects for youth and their families. More recently, I have had the joy and pleasure of serving with her as volunteers/donors in Women Leading United and really appreciate the energy and enthusiasm she has for early childhood literacy. She is smart and spunky, open to new ideas, and welcoming and supportive to others. I truly value our conversations and collaborative work in our community.
